Friends of the Museum
The Friends of the Museum program invites visitors to become part of a larger project to establish a special connection between the individual and the institution.
Through this first connection, Friends of the Museum are invited to contribute to the conservation, study and dissemination of Museu do Caramulo, its collections, exhibitions and educational activities. This can be through unique activities or fundraising.
Friends of the Museu do Caramulo has grown steadily over the years, both in the number of members and in number of contributions—making it possible to carry out a significant number of important works, such as the restoration of the 19th century Cloister due for completion in 2020.
