The permanent collection of the Museu do Caramulo has just been enhanced with an impressive and rare LaFerrari, the jewel in the Maranello marque’s crown that combines a 6.3-litre atmospheric V12 engine with an electric one, for a total power unit capable of delivering 963 horsepower at 9250rpm.

It’s not just raw power: it’s an engineering masterpiece that marks the first time Ferrari has used hybrid technology in a production model. Combining solutions inherited from Formula 1 with meticulously developed active aerodynamics, the LaFerrari represents the culmination of decades of racing experience, with the carbon fibre chassis, ideal weight distribution and KERS system giving a set of absolutely extraordinary performances and handling.

499 units of the coupé were produced between 2013 and 2016, followed by the convertible version (Aperta) from 2016 to 2018, with the unit now on display at the Museu do Caramulo promising to be one of the great summer attractions for all visitors.
