Museu do Caramulo launches series “Best of Madeira: Clássicos do Atlântico” on 25 September

22 September, 2025

After the success of the series “Colecções de Sonho: Ilha da Madeira”, launched in 2023, the Museu do Caramulo once again brings Madeira’s unique motoring heritage together with the archipelago’s stunning natural landscapes to television, with a new series entitled “Best of Madeira: Clássicos do Atlântico” (“Best of Madeira: Classics of the Atlantic”).

Renowned for its vast motoring heritage and its strong tradition linked to competition, Madeira is a remarkable case when it comes to collections, clubs, events, stories and, above all, people connected to the world of cars and motorcycles.

According to the Museu do Caramulo, “The motoring passion of Madeirans is a unique phenomenon in the world and, due to its originality, deserves to be celebrated and shared, one story at a time. Each episode will tell one of these stories, which almost always intertwine with the personalities of the collectors and with the cars themselves.”

Produced by Jornal dos Clássicos, with the support of Standvirtual and Turismo da Madeira, and premiering on 25 September, the series “Best of Madeira: Clássicos do Atlântico” will consist of seven episodes. Every Thursday, a new episode will be released on the YouTube channels of Jornal dos Clássicos and Standvirtual, followed later by television broadcast on A Bola TV. Each episode will present an exceptional car or motorcycle, narrated by its owner, revealing the stories behind these collectors’ vehicles.

The series will also have a second season, already in production, scheduled to premiere in early 2026.

The trailer for “Best of Madeira: Clássicos do Atlântico” is already available and can be watched here.
